Lovely little hotel and the location close to the boulevard was unbeatable and excellent. Location: the property was short walk to the ocean, and the ferry to Dar Es Salaam. And it's at walking distance from Dockside Food Markets, ate there once or twice.

Gorgeous hotel, efficient staff, well decorated room, impeccably clean bathroom. Very good breakfast with pancakes and a very nice view and omelettes, wonderful views. Perfect and nice position in the very relaxing area, close enough to the shopping area as well as Stonetown's markets.

Good and unbeatable location for visiting bars and restaurants. Easy access to Kisauni airport, within 0.5 miles.

The pool at Golden Tulip Stone Town Boutique was an absolute delight. The crystal-clear water and serene atmosphere made for a perfect relaxation spot. The pool area was well-maintained and had comfortable loungers to soak up the sun. I spent many blissful hours here, enjoying the tranquil ambiance.

Breakfast and dinner were extraordinarily good. Airport shuttle did not appear, therefore we searched ourselves for a taxi with the journey. We took the next trip to the next hotel. Swimming pool was nice. Except for a water damage in the bathroom, but free dinner, everything was fine. Very friendly service.

Location. Very dilapidated environment and a lot of garbage and rubbish in the city. People don't value cleanliness. Too bad.

The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the ferry and close to everything in Stone Town. The hotel facilities were great, especially the lovely roof terrace where I enjoyed a delicious seafood platter. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the beds were comfy. Despite the busy location, the pool was better than average.
